I title this watercolor painting Climbing because I waited so long to finish my education and even though it maybe a hard climb with God's help I will succeed. The picture shows a person in motion moving from the lowest part of their life to the highest.
I title this watercolor painting Sea Of People because of my love for people. I chose different colors to represent that each individual is unique in his or hers own way no matter what color we are we all was created by the same God.

Yay, Mrs. Linda! You are really getting the hang of this blog thing! I love your work, and I wish I had more classes with you, because you are very inspiring and very fun to talk to!
ReplyDeleteMegan you are a joy also. Your work is like music to my ears especially that piece with the city. Girl I love it!!!!
DeleteI really like the sea of people picture. I have seen your talents grow so much!
ReplyDeleteThanks Katie! It takes alot to get use to this bog stuff. Since doing the paintng of The Sea of People I find myself very interested in doing different types of paintings as well asusing different mediums. I love this art stuff.
ReplyDeleteYour paintings of people reflect your personality and love for people. I love the ideas for both the sea of people and climbing!
ReplyDeleteMy favourite art work is the last one because it has good colour relationships. This work seems to me featuring the human embrace and especially, the oranish colour is totally different temperature compare with others but it still harmonise with others!
ReplyDeleteI've gotta say, my favorite one in what you've posted so far is "Climbing." I can really see the motion from low to high, reaching upward as you described it. I really like the idea behind that, and any piece of art that can inspire or convey emotion and thought is a good piece in my opinion.
